In my work, I blend careful composition with the unpredictability of real life, especially through 35mm film, where not everything can be controlled.

Intentional Choices

Before every photo I take, I try to ask myself a question—why this moment, and what story does it tell? I find that when I shoot on 35mm, it pushes that mindset further. There’s no playback or redo—just instinct, timing, and the decisions you make in the moment.

Embracing Imperfections

Film isn’t perfect—and that’s kind of the point. Grain, uneven exposure, and light leaks can sometimes give each moment its own personality. When I shoot, I try to embrace those imperfections and leave room for the unexpected.
